Shipping Policy

At Zorva, we strive for fast and reliable delivery of your order. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
1. Shipping Costs

2. Processing and delivery times

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: Delivery times are indicative. The maximum delivery period in accordance with the law is 30 days (Section 271 BGB / Section 10 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) / Art. 7:9 paragraph 3 BW / Art. VI.83 Belgian Code of Economic Law). If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to terminate the agreement free of charge.
3. Shipping methods and tracking
- We ship via reliable delivery services (including DHL)
- With every order, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email so that you can track your package
- For larger products, a different delivery service may be used, about which you will be informed in advance.
4. Delivery and transfer of risk
- Packages will be delivered to the address you provided
- In case of absence, the package will be delivered to a pick-up point or a new delivery attempt will be made
- Transfer of risk: The risk of damage or loss of the product passes to the consumer at the moment of physical delivery (in accordance with Section 446 BGB, Section 924 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code, Article VI.84 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, and Directive 2011/83/EU). Until that moment, the consumer bears the risk.
5. Shipping area
- We deliver goods in Germany, Austriam, Netherlands, and Belgium.
6. Damaged, incomplete, or lost packages
- Check your package for damage upon receipt. Report any damage to us as soon as possible.
- In the event of a damaged, incomplete, or unreceived package, please contact us via info@zorva.eu with your order number.
- We will provide a suitable solution: redelivery, replacement, or refund .
- You do not have to accept a damaged package – refuse the package and contact us.
7. Information obligation prior to ordering
- In accordance with Section 433 BGB, Section 922 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), Article 6:230m of the Dutch Civil Code, Article VI.2 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, and Directive 2011/83/EU, all shipping costs and any additional costs are clearly communicated to you before you place and confirm the order. No hidden costs are charged.
