Return Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026 At Zorva (Tech Brothers), we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), German Law (Book 1, Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB)), Austrian Law (Sections 5 and 11 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)), Netherlands law (Book 6, Title 5, Section 2b of the Dutch Civil Code), and Belgian law (Book VI, Title 1, Chapter 2 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

1. Right of withdrawal – 30-day cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 calendar days after receipt of your order, without giving any reason. This is longer than the statutory minimum period of 14 days (Para.1 BGB/ Art. 6:2300 BW / Art. VI.47 Belgian Code of Economic Law / Section 11 KSchG / Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU). The cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has received the product. In the case of partial deliveries: the day after you have received the last product or the last partial delivery.

2. How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

  1. Notify your withdrawal – Send an unambiguous statement to info@zorva.eu with your order number, name and the product you wish to return. You can also use the model form below.
  2. Receive confirmation – We will confirm your withdrawal without delay by email and send you the return address and any instructions.
  3. Return the product – Send the product back within 14 days after your declaration of withdrawal in the original packaging (if reasonably possible), with all accessories and attachments.
  4. Refund – We will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days after receipt of the returned product (or proof of return).

3. Conditions for return

  • The product may only be unpacked and inspected as would be permitted in a physical store
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and attachments
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required for exercising the right of withdrawal
  • You are only liable for diminished value resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product

4. Return costs

The direct costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless:
  • The product was delivered defective or damaged
  • The product does not match the description or order
  • We have delivered the wrong product
In the above cases, we will bear the return costs.

5. Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product
  • We will use the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree to a different method
  • The refund is free of charge for you
  • The full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded
  • If you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard one, the extra costs will not be reimbursed

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Paragraph 2,3,4,5 of the German Civil Code, Section 18 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
  • Sealed audio/video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken
  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken
  • Products that have been irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery

7. Defective Products

Have you received a defective product? Contact us immediately via info@zorva.eu. You have the right to free repair, replacement or (partial) refund in accordance with the legal warranty (Directive (EU) 2019/771). See also our Warranty Page.
